Items can include a cozy blanket, soft stuffed animal, pajamas, simple toiletries, toothbrush and toothpaste, socks, small duffel bag or suitcase, nightlight, shelf-stable snacks, comfort items (coloring book, journal, or sensory fidgets), calming activity (stress ball or small puzzle), handwritten encouragement card for caregivers.
